Native Demerara Raw Sugar is a type of unrefined sugar with a large grain & a pale to golden yellow colour. It is cultivated using organic fertilizers and biological pest controls. Native were the first to farm organic "green" cane without typical cane burning & chemical methods, which not only maintains the quality of the sugar but also preserves the soil & the biodiversity of the farms. Each sugar crystal embodies the pure essence of the sugar cane nectar - the source of its fruity taste.
