Organic Pantry Coconut Sugar is produced from the fragrant, sweet sap of coconut palm blossoms. It is minimally processed to ensure it retains its naturally high mineral content. Coconut sugar has a delicious toffee-like flavour with a slight hint of coconut and can be substituted for other sugars 1:1 in baking. It can also be used in place of honey or agave in recipes, desserts, coffee and tea.
